New Property Management Company Notice.

The Townhomes of Brickrow HOA now has a new management company. Please welcome our new property manager Danie Armstrong from Algonquin Properties.

Thank you for your patience while we transition to the new management company. 

Within the community, residents have the freedom to run and play at the community park and playground. A luxurious community pool and cabana will be there for a cool escape from Texas’ spring and summers.

After a day at the community pool, homeowners will be excited to explore the city of Richardson. The best of the best in shopping, dining and entertainment can be found with a short drive up or down HWY 75. Spend a day with family and friends at Galleria Mall or NorthPark Center. Meet up at a number of restaurants that feature signature Texas fare like barbecue or international delicacies like Japanese food, Italian food, Indian food and more. Or stop by The University of Texas at Dallas and catch the Comets in action.  Brick Row is located within walking distance to the DART Line.
