Dues Increase Notice 1/31/2024
Dues will be increasing to $280 effective March 1st, 2024. Dues were approved to increase as of January 1st, 2024 during our public Board Meeting on October 17th, 2023. However RealManage did not send proper notice to increase dues at that time and should not have started increasing the dues collections until they had done so. This post, plus the update on our mailboxes provides proper notice. For questions on overpayment of January and February please check your accounts as you should have been issued a credit automatically if you have already paid.
